Gerry was the most professional and competent agent anyone could ask for. We had a horrific time with the lender and the title company and if it wasn't for Gerry staying on top of everything and making sure those entities complied with the provisions of our contract we would still be looking for a closing date and resolution of our funds. I would encourage everyone to stay away from this incompetent, uncommunicative lender who continued to show no urgency for getting the job done and for the title company who seemed to continually have problems using their own tools to get the job done. Gerry should also get a portion of the buyer's agent's funds as she lacked doing her job in a timely manner and keeping both companies able to slowly and inefficiently move the process forward. Gerry deserves a 10-star rating not only a 5-star rating!
